Arguably the most consequential election in modern American history is less than 27 days away and one of the biggest stories this week didn’t involve President Donald Trump or Democratic nominee Joe Biden.

On Wednesday night, Vice President Mike Pence and Democratic Vice Presidential candidate Kamala Harris squared off for their one and only debate.

About midway through the vice presidential debate, Trump campaign advisor Harlan Hill tweeted that Harris was an “insufferable lying b*tch.”

According to a report from the Daily Beast, Fox News said it would not be “inviting” Hill onto the network after his tweet gained a lot of attention online.

“We have no intention of booking him as a guest on any of our platforms,” said a Fox News Media spokesperson in a statement to the Daily Beast.

The offending tweet — **warning, strong language** — read:

“But although Hill has not been on Fox’s payroll, he has done at least 47 guest appearances on Fox News or Fox Business programs since Dec. 13, 2017, when he was featured on Fox Business’s Varney & Co., according to a spot-check by The Daily Beast. His most recent Fox appearance was on June 16 of this year, again with Fox Business anchor Stuart Varney,” the Daily Beast reported.

Here’s more from the Beast report regarding Hill’s response to them about his tweet:

“I’ve been a guest on Fox News, Fox Business for 5 years. I am not a contributor,” Hill said in a series of direct messages in which he doubled down on his misogynistic insult of Democratic nominee Joe Biden’s running mate.

“Kamala Harris was extraordinarily disrespectful to the vice president last night, lied to the American people repeatedly on The Biden/Harris platform, and was just generally unlikable and smug,” Hill texted. “I tweeted what I tweeted and I’d tweet it again.”

Hill told the Beast he didn’t regret a word he said:

“Kamala Harris was extraordinarily disrespectful to the vice president last night, lied to the American people repeatedly on The Biden/Harris platform, and was just generally unlikable and smug. I tweeted what I tweeted and I’d tweet it again.”

On Thursday, Hill seemed to stand his ground and fired off two additional tweets about the entire ordeal:

“You can say the most vile things about Trump AND his family, but don’t you dare speak ill of Queen Kamala,” Hill wrote.

“Oh look, the left is teaming up with the Kremlin’s propaganda outfit to attack Trump supporters!” he added in the second tweet.

Here’s one of Hill’s appearances from 2017:

Pollster Frank Luntz held a focus group of undecided voters during Wednesday’s VP debate and said his group strongly reacted to negatively was Harris’ facial expressions, which many considered “condescending.”

Luntz wrote: “My undecided voters think Mike Pence is more professional, but that he looks tired. They think Kamala Harris is more passionate, but her reaction-faces are really bothering people.”

He added in a later tweet: “I might get #cancelled for this, but my undecided focus group doesn’t like how Kamala Harris interacts with her opponent. We saw this in the Dem debates – she is applauded for her knowledge, but they just don’t like her ‘condescending reactions.’ #VPDebate”

Asked to describe Pence in one word, members of Luntz’s focus group used words like “robot, presidential, even-keeled, bland, regressive, professional, pathetic, calm, typical politician, comfortable, no emotion.”

Asked to describe Kamala Harris in one word, members of Luntz’s focus group used words such as “evasive, nervous, shifting blame, caring, snarky, too rehearsed, nervous, evasive, abrasive, unsteady, rigid, unpresidential”
